A view is not a relationship.
It is tempting to treat attention as the finish line. A striking piece of content gets noticed, the numbers rise, and the campaign feels successful. But attention is useful only when it leads somewhere that matters to the audience and the business.
Design the next small step.
What should someone understand, feel or do after seeing the work? The answer might be to remember a name, explore a product or start a conversation. Give each piece of content one clear job and make the next step feel natural.
Measure the promise you made.
Choose your success measures before choosing your formats. Separate reach from engaged visits, and engaged visits from qualified enquiries. A smaller response from the right people may teach you more than a large number with no useful context.
